Sound Retail is a company with deep roots in the Romanian retail environment, which started back in 2008.  During over 11 years of existence, we have been in various forms and partnerships, but our expertise remained the same:  we know how to work with the stores.  We know retail.

Our company is an entity dedicated to the clients who need workforce in the retail market:  in stores and warehouses.

Sound Retail has consultants all over the Romanian territory, as well as in Bulgaria.

Sound Retail is the only field marketing company on the Romanian market that has deep roots in the retail environment.

It was founded with knowledge of how retailers function and we never forget that our clients’ activities are done in  retailers’ home and should be treated as such.

MISSION

Since day one, the mission was to improve the retail service in Romania.  From the client service in our office to the shop floors, we aimed to talk about mentality and about doing things differently, to offer better service than the marked got used to.

Ultimately, to increase our partner’s revenue by improving the quality of client service across Romania.
